How difficult can it be to serve hot food?

After a really cold Friday (17 July) I stopped for decent pizza take aways at Mimmo's in Jean ave, Centurion. Placed the order, waited quite a while for our order of two (2) large pizza's, only to get home and discover the pizza's are cold.<br> <br> I will not make the effort to drive there again. . .
