DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE BRANCH AND HEADOFFICE

I had taken a client out to lunch -business meeting ,food arrived no issues there ,we had our meal ,requested the reminder be packed to take home and additional orders were given as take away - spend about R500<br> <br> our left over food arrives packed in a different packaging not in a pizza box and to top it all the slices were packed face up and face down <br> <br> I told the waitress this is not how you pack pizza ,all the toppings have fallen off<br> <br> I called for the owner/manager who wasn't available<br> <br> a senior staff arrived ,just said sorry - I had left my name and no and told her to get the owner to call me - no call to date<br> <br> the dessert - ice cream was old and icy<br> <br> <br> I had given him a few weeks, i then called mimmos headoffice ,asked to speak to customer care only to be told they all busy in a meeting - I left all my details ,im still waiting<br> <br> gave them a few weeks ,went on the website logged a complaint, to date no response<br> <br> I had no choice but to write to you -disgusting service on all levels<br> <br> clearly they don't have customer service<br> <br> regards<br> ahmed<br> <br>
