Disappointed and disgusted

<p>I have never been so disappointed and disgusted with the service we received tonight at Mimo's The Glen waiting almost 2 hours for food ,when the pizza's finally arrived they were cold and burned and the pasta was the wrong order and raw, waiting another 30 mins for them to get the order right that eventually we had to ask for a take away, the only response we got was we sorry for the inconvenience we have to train staff today that the managers were helpful in the beginning then didnt bother with us anymore once we want to pay our bill of R510 that we shouldn’t of in the first place then one of the managers said we can offer you a complimentary drinks , I understand it's Valentines day and its very busy but to get a person’s order wrong and cold and wait for 2 hours it's not right at all, I won't be eating at Mimo's The Glen again</p>
