Customer not important

Today we were at Mimmos Mall@Reds we ordered drinks and waiter Belinda only brought half the order when questioned she said that they dont have stock of beer as supplier did not deliver . I asked why she did not come back to ask b4 delivering half the order . She dissapeared and another waiter Thelma who was friendlier cane to take rest of order . I assume that Belinda reported to Manager .. The manager never approached us or offered an apology . So we wonder why this restuarant is always half full when other restuarant in the area are flourishing.
