Close the shop and let a competitor take it over

Pathetic service<br> No crayons for kids (had to buy my <br> No steak<br> No haloumi<br> Apparently no chips<br> No bubblegum or lime or vanilla milk shake flavours<br> <br> Just some of the things we found when we decided to take the kids from my childrens home to the local Mimmos last night. If we could of walked out without paying with a clear conscience we would of done that.<br> <br> Other Issues:<br> <br> In excess of 30 minutes for drinks to arrive at table from requesting them.<br> <br> Lights in both ladies and Gents toilets not working.<br> <br> The store (Florida) is apparently under new management. Maybe a manager would be a good idea, not someone who sits behind the till and does nothing. Half way thru the evening they ran out of milk shake flavours. Not once were we approached to check that everything is ok.<br> <br> Waited an hour for food order to be taken. Also over an hour the waitron to realize drinks were empty (never got asked if another drink was wanted when they took the glasses away). <br> <br> Best thing that could happen is for the store to close and a reliable, friendly and competent competitor to take over. <br> <br> Some glasses are cracked and should not be given to anyone, let alone kids to use
