Charging upfriont for waiters tip

Mimmo's Moreleta is a very nice family restaurant and has a wide selection on the menu.<br> <br> 1. The only issue I have is : Do not charge me 10% on my bill upfront for the waiters tip. This is a no go.<br> If the waiter gave bad service, I am not willing to pay 10% - the onus for a fee must be on me not the restaurant. I will decide the tip or fee depending on the service received.<br> <br> 2. They also call this OPEN FOOD FEE - not TIP or Waiters FEE etc, and is misleading.<br> <br> I will not go there again, until they fix this billing issue.
