BAD SERVICE ,ATTITUDE AND COMPULSORY TIP

We had encountered the worst experience with Mimmos at the sun coast on Friday 20/02/2015.We went to mimmos in sun coast to celebrate my sisters and Mums birthday, which was the worst decision we ever made. The service and respect received from staff was very disappointing and on top of that they wanted a 10% tip which when we entered was not told to us on entry that it is compulsory. When I went to inform the Indian Lady at the door, she said that it is compulsory in a very rude way and then brushed me off. I was very embarrassed ,because this was done to me in front of my family ,I paid our bill and left and promised never to go to Mimmos again. I will make sure that every one comes to know about this experience and issue we had.<br> I hope an investigation will be done concerning the service and the 10% being compulsory.<br> <br>
