Appalling Service At Westwood Mall Mimmos

<p>Having been to other Mimmos Westwood Mall was by far the worst experience. Upon deciding to purchase a take-away on Saturday, 12 August 2017, I was greeted by the waiter and when I had asked for a take-away, suddenly he could not assist me and referred me to someone else. The next waiter rudely asked me "What do you want"?, to which my reply was May I please have a menu. Again abruptly told "It's over there". upon collecting my order I had asked for the condiments, Chiili and Garlic, I was told that I cannot have those as I am not a sit down customer.</p> <p>With this is my first visit to Westwood Mimmos, it will be my last. All other branches that I have been to have treated me with the kind of service that leaves a customer wanting to return.</p> <p>I trust that this matter will be taken seriously and feedback would be appreciated to discipline and teach staff on how to treat customers in this regard.</p> <p> </p>
