Today i was astonished by the Gateway branch on how they have imposed a tip as part of the bill. Shouldn't it be a gesture from the customer itself? It provides a poor presentation of the company. There is people out there that just make it to these restaurants and here the restaurant is imposing tips on the bills. Make no mistake the waiters do indeed deserve it but let the customers decide wether they want too or not
