Unhappy customer with staff

My experience at Mimi q was very upsetting and disappointing. I've been a Mimi q customer since my Claremont days 2 years +- ago. Since I've moved closer to Vangate I changed my store to the Vangate mall store and ah how I love the energy there, always neat and great service from staff to management, however I was so appalled when I went to the store to get my regular perfumes, lip liners and lashes and when I got to the till I got an unwelcoming vibe from the staff member who was the cashier, she was so cold and didn't even share a smile or even a thank you and made me feel like I'm not a customer. I tried getting her name for past 2 months but I went into the store again and her name is Aneeqah. As a loyal customer it's not nice to feel like that in a store. You wanna feel prettier after buying your beauty products
