The worst service ever

I was so disappointed with the service at that store opposite adderly myciti station.... I wanted to to buy make up products and it was my first time . I spent an hour in the shop asking for assistance but I was ignored as if I wanted free goods . There's a lady there the other stuff were calling her mama , I told her specifically that I needed help since it was my first time and I wanted a full kit . To my surprise I was left standing there there like nothing happened .
