Horrific shopping experience at MimiQ Cape Town

Just had the most horriific experience at the Adderley Street Store. I understand that sometimes paypoints in the stores have technical difficulties but surely the sales consultants can be polite in the way they handle it. The manager or supervisor Ayesha did not even acknowledge me standing there or even attempted to apologise for the delay. I cant remember when was the last time I received such horrific service in a retail store.. MimiQ please train your staff to be more professional!
