BAD SERVICE AND DISCLAIMER TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

Made a purchase of a UV LED LIGHT for nails on the 17/05/2022 @ Access Park Cape Town.

On the 18/05/2022 was busy with a client and only to realize that the LED LIGHT does not come on meaning its not working.

Due to working in Claremont i decided that ill return it @ the Mimi Q on Stadium On Main and the response ibgot from a Xhosa speaking lady with short blonde hair was "We cant replace it for you as we will run out of stock" my question was if i had bought it @ JHB would you say the same thing?

She said we CANT TAKE THE RISK
