Cool electric kids cars & Multi 12in1toolbox

I've ordered and paid for 3xproducts worth $400.After about two months I received 2x totally wrong products not even the value of $4.When I complained,they notified me that for settlement they'd refund me with $10, because the shipping fees would be to expensive to return the wrong $4 stuff.I didn't accept because it wasn't my fault they sent me the wrong goods.I've tried to contact they're customer service,but haven't received any response or reply.
