Support Services are Non Existent and Unresponsive

Mimecast Support in South Africa has absolutely worsen for the worst. When logging a call you dont even get a Support Ticket or response at all. We have businesses and customers depending on this service and any issue has a major impact on productivity and cost. This needs to be addressed urgently as the Customer Service are useless.
