Most unprofessional behaviour ever.

Heather Starbuck is the most unprofessional person I ever had to deal with in my life. We have a water supply problem and even though I am a tenant I have the right to phone and want answers if I dont get any from landlord. She has no way in talking to a person and to shout as if she is talking to a dog. O hell no. So so unacceptable behaviour. Dont even want to listen if a person ask if alternative arrangements cannot be made.
