Managing or Damaging Agent

This company is supposedly the managing agent for our body corporate, but emails go unanswered, there is no communication from them. It has come to a point where I am wondering if they actually exist, or if they are just taking our money and putting it in a big black hole?? I have requested that an AGM is set up and financials be prepared, but I get no response.
