Lost all money paid for one of their classes

I want to believe that this company had some form of financial trouble at the time, or otherwise it is a massive ****. My husband bought me a voucher for a woodworking class. I had a class booked and last minute the day before when I called to confirm the venue they said that they were put out of the place they rented, so we would need to reschedule. I tried to contact them again afterwards but could never again get hold of them. They once (a year after I think) accidentally put me on a email distribution list and sent me a general email - when I rep**** to explain the situation again they just never came back. Needless to say the money paid for the class is gone! This was in 2015. I dealt with someone called Chanel Sauerman.
