I had my bond moved from Standard Bank to SA home loans. And Cleo Williams at the firm was my consultant. At every corner standard bank kept claiming a shortfall they wanted me to pay for cancelling my bond. Cleo was persistent and at every call to me she would make me feel taken care of in that I won’t be put out or need to come up with the ridiculous shortfalls standard bank was imposing. After almost a year of Cleo’s persistence and determination to get my bond registered without me needing to fork out money from my own pocket, my bond was registered.
