Poor service and it is always "COVID's" fault!

If you want the transfer of your property to go through smoothly this is not the company for you! *********** is possibly too good a word for them. Every excuse for their mistakes they try to blame on COVID. Management don't seem to have any idea what their staff are (not) doing and yet don't want to take responsibility for their employees mistakes.

Unfortunately I took the advise of the Estate Agent to use them. Their mistakes have cost us a large amount of money and stress!
