Poor Administration

We made use of Milton's Matsemala when we sold and purchased a property in 2016. When we sold our house it took them about 4 months to finalize the process, causing us financial losses and a lot of stress. They were also the bond attorneys when we bought another property and there was again a delay in finalizing the process, although it was not as long. We unfortunately did not have a choice to use another firm as bond attorneys as the bank appointed them. Our first experience with them was bad enough.
