No ethics, sloppy, bad service

Unfortunately I was forced to use Miltons Matsemela as the transferring attorney when purchasing a property. My experience with this company left me with nothing more than a bad taste in my mouth.

The administration throughout the purchasing process was sloppy and unprofessional. Messages would be sent that would contradict each other, names would be spelt incorrectly, when they say they "will respond shortly" what they actually mean is you will need to followup or they will respond a week later. It truly is a horrible company to deal with and requires you to do a lot of micromanaging to get the smallest thing done.

Once the property was registered, they sided with seller throughout, regardless of the facts presented to them and brushed off all responsibility for any issues that arose (e.g. keys not being provided and ***** electrical work). They were an arrogant bunch to deal with and whenever something was pointed out they would basically tell me it's my problem and I'm free to take it up in court.

From my experience, this a business with zero ethics and morals and I would not recommend them to anyone.
