This firm I ****, they charge a transfer fee that above the market rate. They take advantage of the fact that they are hired by the selling party. I felt so cheated that we raised this issue with the estate. It turn out they inflated the some of the cost and included some didn't make sense. I will never ever use this firm for any of there services.
