Lack of service

Bitterly disappointed with Izak Venter from Miltons Matsemela. Contacted & emailed him frequently since 20 Oct and, most recently 7 Dec, to request a quote for a transfer. After sending all the required info 20 Oct, it is 18 Dec, and I still have not received the basic quote to transfer property ownership. Am wondering: • If I’m being economically profiled? • Is the transfer value too small? • Is it an unfortunate coincidence of events? What I am not wondering about is that the lack of service and empty promises are incredibly frustrating. Definitely not recommending the company or Izak for future business.
