Horrible Experience. Delayed and limited responses. Still have monies outstanding was due to be repaid moths ago.

This was the appointed conveyancer lawying company appointed by the seller of the property we recently purchased. The couple selling was in the process of divorce, hence the house we occupied on the signed and agreed date as per the offer to purchase was not adhered to so we had to stand outside with the removal company at a locked house, with the furniture still inside and the owners missing. After hours and a lock smith being called out, they arrived and moved some items - leaving the husband's stuff inside. The house was left in a vile, dilapidated state since we viewed the property two months prior (we moved from Limpopo to Western Cape and could not do regular inspections to ensure the upkeep of the property.

After numerous requests the lawyer just responded he cannot assist us, as they have to look after the SELLER even though we have to pay their invoice!

Horrible experience with loads more drama and still have leaking pipes, lights not working, oven falling out of the wall and more.

And nobody to assist or help
