Conveyance attorney arrogance attitude

To management, I’m receiving the poorest service from you conveyance attorney with regards to a bond which you handle. Due to delays and tenant occupying the property which we wanted to purchased we cancelled the sale and the seller already accepted via the agent. Now your conveyancers are delaying the withdrawal and giving me sarcastic responds every time I finally get hold of them. The bank is urgently waiting their instruction. I cannot believe that organization would have such a blasé approach which will leave families homeless. We have been approve for new property and thought of using you guys for the registration of the property but this left a nasty taste in my mounth. ??
