Sold a property subject to the sale of the purchasers property. Our purchasers purchaser acted in bad faith, dragging the transfer process out as far as possible. Without level and realistic advice provided by Izak and Chelsea. Sindy always being available and following up on the requirements of all parties the transfer would have been far more stressful than it was.
