MILS RETAILERS - POOR SERVICE FROM 10 FEBRUARY 2016

<p>Mils Retailers is a sub contractor for STANDARD BANK. I have a house in Bothaville and they had to do reperations in the house. I have paid my "access" on the 10 of February 2016 as requested by them. From then, I am still waiting for them. According to their secretary Magda, they are only coming every second week to Bothaville. We are in June already. They always have excuses, and this morning they said they could not get into the house. I immediately phoned the estate agent and she said she would arrange for the key. By the time they are in Bothaville, the key would be at the estate agent. I phoned Magda back, then she told me that "sorry" because they could not get the key, they are not going today... I am SICK AND TIRED of this poor service.. STANDARD BANK? How can you keep such a company on your books as 'n subcontractor? If this is not sorted by Friday, I am going to take it further. No excusses anymore.....</p>
