Poor quality lawn installation

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! they installed lawn which started to die within two weeks of being laid. We called three grass experts all of whom said it was dying as a result of the initial installation. No amount of water or fertilizers could have revived it. Despite my MANY emails and calls (all of which went straight to voicemail) this supplier messed me around promising to come and every time there was an excuse.I was more than open to a fair resolution but he failed every time to commit on his side. They are ***** and *******. They are very quick to to the work but run when there are issues to be resolved. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!
