Rude nurse at Netcare Milpark hospital (emergency)

The lady with the spectacles (Mohawk) at the Milpark Netcare emergency is extremely rude!!! My sister got admitted into the hospital so we were told to go to the emergency section to ask which ward my sister was in. This female nurse had the nerve to tell us that we must ask my sister which ward she is in? A patient that has been just admitted?! How on earth is that person even able to get to her phone? She was rude, did not show any empathy and expected us to do her job for her!!!
