Zero interest in the student, 100% in it for the money.

Exam time woes.

Finished writing what was thought to be the last exam for the year on ***xx, only to find out that another exam on the 22-10-2021 was not added to my academic calendar that milkpark manages. On submission of a request to write the exam, it took Milpark 2 months to come to a decision that I was not allowed to write and would need to pay the FULL tuition amount for that module - just to write an exam that they did not let me know about?

This is completely unacceptable and unfortunately seems to be in line with how Milpark operates. Zero communication ability and Zero interest in the student accomplishments. It seems all they want to do is make a quick buck.

If anyone at Milpark has the ability to change this, please give me an URGENT call on *** as two months delay on waiting for an exam is now placing pressure on many other life matters.
