Worst service ever

I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with Milpark's service. I wanted 6 modules and discovered I was pregnant at the beginning of this year. I've been unwell and in the doctor's office due to my chronic condition.. I also called with the program manager and requested if she could help me cancel my two-semester module because I won't be able to accomplish it because I'm constantly unwell. She informed me that there is a chance I will have to pay to redo the module next year, which I find incredibly unjust because if I wasn't ill , I would have done them all.
