Worst long distance Academy to study with

Worst decision ever to have decided to study with them ... they have no empathy or sympathy for students, nobody cares... their systems are complicated and no one cares about how they get to explain to you when you want to load assignments ... they always tell you to email *** when I did that their so called trained start by the name of Lorraine Hina just copy and pasted what is on the system which I’m battling to understand their guideline and just mailed to me .. she didn’t even bother to call me to take me step by step or even assist and when I told her that she didn’t care ... spoke to one of their employees not sure if he’s a switch board or what according to him he he’s just assisting by the name of shiek without giving me his surname .
