Worst institution in South Africa
I have been studying through Milpark for almost 10 years ,and every year I have to go through so many issues ,from registering modules to uploading assignments to incorrect billing .
This year i have requested assistance to register for this year ,it has been since January and still I struggle to get feed back ,I have logged queries and call numerous times and the consultants says I will email you shortly and still Im awaiting feedback . It is exhausting that Milpark never tries to assist students all they care about is making money off you .There helpdesk portal is the worst as no one will respond until you call and complain . If you are thinking about studying with them ,please dont you will save your time and money

Milpark advised that the program i am on is no longer being offered and my extension to complete the qualification will not be applicable .
I have to register for a new qualification and redo all modules ,after having spend 8 years studying to complete my BBA the remainder of the modules is no longer available .I registered for the new program and was told I was exempted for 7 modules but have to complete 14 new modules -i have to restart from year one and have additional 2 years of modules that need to be completed .8 years of studying and funds down thw drain .I emailed milpark and asked to recheck the modules I have to do ,and the response was we are not sure at this moment as the modules are not yet finalized for the new qualification ...also when I spoke to the consultant to register the modules on thw new program she said the admission is not pulling through and unfortunately this is the last day to register .I have to wait for the next cycle this after I call and email almost everyday .
