Worst Experience ever With Milpark

I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding the recent experience I have had with the Milpark examination process, I had to rewrite my exam due to the assertion that the Proctorio process was not followed. Despite my efforts in the rewrite, I received a fail, and upon requesting a remark, I was informed that my script had been overlooked and that marks could not be changed. This decision led to the cancellation of my remark request.Most disheartening is the demand for me to fully register for the module again. This situation has caused me significant frustration and confusion. I believed that my request for a remark, for which I was willing to pay, would be considered, especially since I feel confident about the content I submitted in my exam.It is disheartening to feel that my concerns have not been understood or taken seriously.
