Worst Experience Ever!

<p>MILPARK is a money making scheme that only cares for themselves and will go out of their way NOT to assist students with their requests and queries.</p> <p>I had an assignment due on 17/03/2016 (Credit 1A). The Milpark site gave me trouble with uploading, but eventually I was convinced that the submission was successful. On 23/03/2016, I contacted the institutions to investigate why I still didn't receive an SMS to acknowledge receipt of the assignment. The lady I spoke to explained that their site was undergoing some changes and upgrades, and gave me an email address to submit to.</p> <p>On 28/04/2016, I received an SMS informing me that I'm nog eligible to write the exam on 17/05/2016. I immediately phoned Milpark to follow up on the matter. </p> <p>I was made to pay R190 to submit a 'request for extension', on an assignment I had ALREADY submitted. Feedback on that was received via e-mail (where I was out of office), on the afternoon on 12/05/2016. </p> <p>Feedback from Milpark says that I **** about having tried to upload my assignment because they don't have IT records that show my attempts. They also state that I **** about having followed up and emailing the assignment since the email address I had DOES NOT EXIST, yet I got it from one of their employees, and I never received notification that the mail was undelivered. </p> <p>Worst of all, they insist that I only sent the assignment AFTER they had uploaded the memo on MyMilpark. That is ridiculous because I have forwarded them the proof that I sent the assignment via email on 23/03/2016. Memo was published on 03/05/2016.</p> <p>Milpark recommends that I now repeat the module at my own cost and time. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have had many other problems with Milpark, but have never had to take it this far. This is the epitome of unfairness and incompetence from YOUR side Milpark. I am now escalating this further! </p> <p>Student: 210573</p>
