Worst ever received from Milpark Education

I sent my documents and everything to Milpark to register me on the system, I followed up with them for a month because I am on a bursary and the closing date to submit a tax invoice is today, I sent countless emails made phone calls they said they will send me a tax invoice as soon as they have registered me, today I call because if I dont submit I will forfeit my bursary, guess what I haven't been registered on their system 😳. This is by far the worst service I have ever received from Milpark it's kinda of funny cause they have been so helpful through out my studies and on my last year they do this!!!!I am so angry and disappointed 😞.
