where is the student support?

I have been trying to get assistance since last week for my results to be released since i have paid all amounts owing to milpark but I cannot even get through to some on the phone all the numbers just ring constantly with no answer. Other students are experiencing the same problem as well trying to contact milpark. PLEASE HELP
