When they make mistakes, its my problem. No feedback, lectures removes your post

- In Feb my accounting was not even loaded on my profile, and I was struggling to get my own modules loaded. - When I did my bridging course last year, I used the critical date and colander system to plan when what needs to happen - This year when I logged in, there was no due dates for the assignments for Accounting and business management. - I thought the online tests were the assignments and would count for this - Only after a while I started seeing posts regarding the assignments for these modules. There were no dates still on the system - I posted on both module forums, asking for the lector to advise when this must be in. (this post was removed and I could not get any response back) - After my post were removed the due dates were then uploaded to the calendar. - Eventually when I got through by phoning Milpark, the response I got it was in your books and I cannot submit my assignments as I miss the due date. - I was told by the Lector, that I need to follow other steps and pay an additional fee to submit my assignment cuz I’m late. - I was advised that I would have received a SMS for the due dates as well, but this was never sent to me. And my phone number was never updated since I requested this in 2020. - Milpark system did not allow my number to be added and a call was logged with IT. I thought this was resolved as the personal that assisted me ensured me it will be sorted I don’t need to follow up. - No further assistance or any grace was given to me. - I could also not log into Teams to attend to any class or overview. As my email address was is linked to my work email. And my personal email address was not taken as well - During the exams, the system would not allow me to upload my exams and this was an extreme issue. - I phoned Milpark for assistance, and after a few hours I eventually got through, and was advised if I touched the doc after the 10 AM cut of time, it will be considered as plagiarism. But I need to email the exams answers to *** - I did so on all the exams that didn’t want to go through and I don’t think it that all my exams were uploaded on the system properly as I got 28% for Principles of Micro-economics. - I got my results for the two modules except Accounting - When I wanted to know what needs to happen now, cuz it shows I failed. I got a call from Riedewaan Dreyer *** - I advised him I don’t know if I can register for second semester as on my profile it shows im writing the Supplementary exams, he confirmed that it showed there and I would need to complete those first - Now I have been preparing for these two exams, still never received the mark for Accounting. Went on the system now to confirm the dates I am supposed to write, and the supplementary exams has been greyed out. - When I got through to Milpark on the phone now, I was advised that I am not allowed to write the supplementary exams. - This whole year has felt like an uphill battle with Milpark which is supposed to be one of the best and this is why we pay the higher amount for the modules
