What did I get myself into

I have register for a course online, paid the registration fees and enrolled in the only subject available at the time - paid for the subject. But I have subject on the portal. I spend my days on the phone in vein, as no one ever picks up the phone... I finally got through to a lady on Thursday, 15/02/2018, that said she would get my detail from Lance, and phone me back on Friday, because at 16:01 she is leaving for the day needless to say, I am still waiting on her call. I finally get through on Friday, got told they don't know why - they will let me know once the program manager gets back to them. I have sent emails as well, with absolutely no luck. I really feel done in, as I paid, as WAS super excited about this course, but aren't getting any feedback.
