We've got You! You've got this! I GUESS NOT!!!!

Good Day All. Last year, after much consideration, I decided to pursue a qualification in financial accounting. I heard that Milpark is a secure establishment, to which I would have to disagree. I obtained a proforma invoice via my online student portal and had pay my fees for the 2024 year on 26 January 2024. I had sent the signed registration documents, the proof of payment and a copy of the proforma invoice to Milpark. On 29th January, I received a standard welcome email from Ismaeel Jacobs. On 12 February, I received an email from Priscilla advising my registration cannot be completed due to non payment. I once again sent the documents through, to which I received a response that they cannot accept the proof of payment. At this point, Yumna Khan enters the arena and between Priscilla and Yumna Khan, I'm finally registered on 13 February 2024. I have been emailing them to enquire about my study material to avail, no response, no acknowledgement, no nothing. Last year, I had the similar issue of not receiving my study material on time. Today, 20 February, absolutely nothing from Milpark, my first examination is on 9 April 2024, to which I need to complete assessments to gain exam admission. It really seems that Milpark does not value their students. Thank you.
