Very very poor service

I have been calling and emailing milpark about an urgent matter that does not seem to be important to Milpark education, and whenever I enquire I'm told different stories, first matter I wanted to rewrite my assignment and I was told I can't rewrite and the one told me I was suppose to apply within 10days of results release, mind you I sent an email hours after I've recieved my results.

Issue number 2, I was writing an exam on the 30th of April I only managed to write part A of the exam as part B was impossible to access I asked for assistance and I was not helped, later on I was told I need to apply for extension which I did and I paid the R365 even sent the proof of payment, till today no response whatsoever,
