Very Unhappy!!! Think Twice before you Register ...

Well as we all can see Milpark , was Never Like this I'm a old student I i did a lot of courses and my studies through them . But I paid registered for and course they take sooooooooo long to come back to and person and 10 different people give you and answer on the first email you send originally well they request 3 different stuff from me and all done but no one coming back to me i paid guys wake up its soon to start the Qualification I have no books but NOOOOO one cares right? I don't like to complain but Milpark you guys have to get your admin or processes in place because I see all are complain its a shame you guys was never like this , very unhappy and please I'm at that point just give me a refund I go else where thanks its been a months struggling just to register with you guys !!!

Hi Sandra

I tried calling you but no response.

Kindly be advised that Milpark has informed you on the 3rd of May 2024 that your Matric certificate is outstanding.

They have also advised that you do not need to go to the Education Department but you could also apply for it online.

Please advise if you managed to get the certificate and then registration can be finalized.

I will be awaiting your response.

Okay Firstly, I gave a statement of my matric Certificate, (by the way I asked before I finished my Retail insurance qualification through you guys and never you asked me to request a copy of matric certificate) Statement same thing I passed matric call and confirm by them. I went and downloaded the paperwork form the department of education. I Spoke personally to Nicolette Fredricks which says they don't online (From the department of education) .... .... I send you the feedback Priscilla Mthiyane said I just have to send a receipt that I app**** at the department of education. Well, you know our government it takes weeks even months to get anything! in a month I have to start I paid you guys already.... for the first semester and app**** at all study intuition's with my statement of certificate certificate paper, never had a problem. I lost I app**** now so what now I'm glad I'm getting feedback at least here!

Hi Sandra Yes, we did acknowledge your documents send but after reviewing we realized that you loaded the statement of results not the actual matric certificate. Unfortunately, the matric certificate is a must and must be produce during the admission process. You do not have to physically go the department of education you can apply online, and they will supply you with a receipt please send that receipt to us we can load as proof and process your admission.
