Very disappointing experience, poor quality learning material and bad service

I am so upset right now. I was recommended to buy a book by the university on their recommended reading list and when I received the study guide the book does not match and neither do the page numbers. I was promised that last week that the correct page numbers would be updated so that we could continue with our work. It is just over two weeks until we have to write a test on about two-thirds of the syllabus and I would like to start studying. There is a complete lack of urgency. I have to pay the money in full before I receive my course material, but after you pay you are on your own. I was really looking forward to studying Financial Reporting but now it has become a very bitter experience. Studying is stressful enough without Milpark stacking the odds against you. This is not the first time this has happened either but this time I absolutely don't know what pages to study. On top of that the student forum isn't working in this is not the first time it has happened. I am also struggling to log into their website periodically from multiple devices. The website seems faulty. It keeps telling me to clear my cookies, clearing the cookies only works sometimes. It's an inconvenience.

I study hard and I put a lot of effort into my studies but this institution is sabotaging me. I have lost marks on numerous occasions due to inconsistencies and poor quality learning material. Now I'm going to lose marks or possibly fail because I don't know what to study. It shouldn't have to be up to me to figure that out after the amount of money I paid. The the product I have received and paid for is incomplete. I can never have one peaceful semester without being disappointed somehow.

Do not study here, I thought this place would be better than other state-owned distance learning institutions but I was wrong.
