Very disappointed

<p>I wrote my deferral exams on the 14 June 2016 from that time until yesterday 8 August 2016 I did not receive any confirmation from Milpark.I had to call yesterday and waited on the line for 30mins I eventually spoke to a lady by the name of Amanda Vermeulen she advised it was a duplicate which I did not understand what she meant.She said that they had duplicated my information I still advise her I do not understand she said she will email me my results however I received an email for her that I owed funds of R580 which I still don't understand I only wrote a deferral exam. </p>
