Useless proctored test system

As l said before l have been with you guys for 4 years but this year everything is impossible in term of system and support responding to any query. Yesterday l was writing a proctored online test it was the worst l have ever written. Your System kept on shutting down and l had to Start over with camera shooting and all that took a lot of my time. I had to write a 2 hours in 1 hours. I am so disappointed because l failed the 52% not because l didn't study but due rush because of system problems. I know if l ask for a rewrite which l feel l deserve you will be telling me about filling out forms that will take a long time. If l was not left 11 modules in my degree l would have asked for you guys to cancel my studies all together because your system are useless and your Support staff even worse. I am tired of all having to deal with your incompetence issues.
