Useless Helpdesk ,Bad Customer Service,Non Response,No communication
I have been logging in cases on the Milpark helpdesk for the past 2 weeks but there is no response or communication ,when you call in you hold until you run out of airtime ,today they said they transferring me to my student advisor but I held until It dropped ,till today I haven't received any help ,in already paid for the new semester but I am Unable to send the proof of payment cause there is no one to send it to
