Useless Certificate From Milpark

I did a Certificate in Financial Planning with Milpark in 2007. This certificate supposedly earned me 120 FAIS credits and NQF Level 4. I recently app**** for a job and was required to produce this certificate, to my shock I was notified that my certificate does not prove that I have the credits and NQF level. I contacted Milpark, who referred me to INSETA, turns out Milpark did not upload my details on INSETA website hence INSETA can not confirm my details. Contacted Milpark again referred to SAQA. SAQA referred me to INSETA as they do not allocate FAIS credits. Contacted Milpark who sent me a useless letter confirming I have the credits and NQF but put a disclaimer advising letter can not be presented as proof. I then contacted Milpark who advised they do not upload details on INSETA. This means I spent time and money doing a certificate which is not even worth the paper it is written on. No one seems to care, I just received an email from Milpark telling me to go hang myself, INSETA can not confirm my credits without information from Milpark
