unreasonable marking system

The marking system at Milpark Education is pathetic I would like to know how it is possible to fail the same subject 3 times and still pass all your other subjects<br> Its also strange that the more i learn in the subjects m marks stay exactly the same. Please explain to me. They are unresponsive when querying marks and information and i have to sit and suffer because of that. I have asked for a remark by emailing the head of BBA and never received any response. Milpark is way more expensive than other colleges or even Universities but no vaLue for money.
