I am greatly disappointed with Milpark institutions, I have been taken from pillar to post its realy frustrating.In 2018 I registered for an online diploma in HR Management ,Payed in full for the the full 2years course. The last email I recieved from Milpark was 2019 ,May ,they only sent me links for 2 models of the the 4 that I was to do for the first years ,I had an accident in June that year,no ne from Kilpark ever sent any communication since may ,,my recovery lasted a few Months ,and only now when I try to contact them regarding this they say they will reopen my course for me to complete . I am frustrated they never initiate any conversation regarding this when I call for statement of accounts am repaired by one of them to an email that is no longer active they reply to my emails after 2weeks or more ,I just want my refund so I can go study .I have no idea how to do this as I am not getting any help
